TBL Security Solutions, LLC was formed by Aaron Altier and Chad Morgan, both full-time Police Officers. Our armed security company was created to fill a void in apartment complex security. While many apartment complexes still utilize “Courtesy Officers”, property management groups are realizing the need for a liability buffer. It is a common misconception that the courtesy officer automatically turns into an on-duty police officer upon dealing with a problem, and that the legal and financial responsibility will fall on his or her department. Try getting that in writing from any government entity. TBL Security Solutions carries its own Professional/General Liability, Workers Comp, and a large Umbrella policy. We provide a certificate of coverage to each individual property management group that employs our services.
TBL Security Solutions only employs certified police officers. The training and knowledge that a police officer receives when he or she gets hired, and the experience they gain from daily patrol cannot be matched by a typical Security Guard. Our officers will conduct themselves in a confident, courteous, and professional manner while keeping your residents safe.
We primarily provide long term armed security for property management groups but also do:
